Having viewed a property for sale via JNP, we put an offer in which was accepted subject to the sale of our property. JNP offered to show our property to a few "hot" buyers on their database. Without any on-line or newspaper advertising they secured a buyer at a good price which in turn enabled us to secure our purchase. Great work from Sheila! Ultimately we decided not to go through with this particular purchase for reasons of our own, but JNP helped us to find another property which we are shortly to complete on and are absolutely delighted with. Very good experience. Advice on pricing the house was bang on and we accepted an offer with ten days of going on the market.
