Well they've only gone and done what 3 other estate agents couldn't haven't they?! Got us under offer in just 10 weeks of being listed! The communication with these guys is what's really put them above the rest for me personally, every week we had a personalised run down of the statistics from a real person (not a computer generated graph). Obviously we're not at the end of the road yet but so far Brock Taylor have really outshone the competition. We initially dealt with Simon who is a really nice person and so easy to chat with, super approachable and made himself available out of hours for us! And then we dealt with Emily who just glided in with no disruption to our existing relationship with Simon, it was a seamless transition and Emily's communication was fantastic.
