I must mention their open and honest approach as they gave me accurate information even at times when they knew it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear. Great support when things seemed difficult and always with a pleasant smile. Willowgreen certainly provides a higher level of service than other estate agents I have dealt with. Willow Green did an excellent job helping sell our parents’ bungalow in a retirement village - not an easy undertaking during lockdown. Our initial meeting with Hannah was very positive and the photographer took an excellent set of photographs. She and Chloe kept in touch regularly throughout rather drawn out negotiations and we always felt they were fighting our corner! I think they were as pleased as we were when the sale finally when through and we were very touched to receive a lovely gift of local goodies.
