We have used Willowgreen on two occasions in the past 4 and half years, each time they have been professional, friendly and efficient! Back in 2018, for the purchase of our property liaising with Francesca who was quick to respond to any questions/concerns and was able to guide us through the house move process. To more recently in 2022, liaising with Rebecca, who guided us through the whole process, keeping us up to date regularly and completing all the necessary checks in a short space of time. I would recommend Willowgreen to all my friends and family, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We rented our property through Willow Green recently, working with Rebecca, and it was completely seamless. We have signed a lovely tenant perfect for the property after only one day of viewings. Rebecca handled everything and made the process very easy for us, which is very much appreciated when trying to juggle two little ones!

From start to finish my experience with WillowGreen was seamless. I was concerned that my house was not ready to market and tentatively opened my door to Hannah who put my mind at rest immediately. She stated the house was a double fronted, stone built chocolate box cottage in a desirable location and will sell in a week! I loved her enthusiasm, knowledge and reassurance that Willow Green will handle everything. I was not disappointed! The phone was always answered swiftly, everyone in the office was aware of my sale and who I needed to speak to. Not once did they say sorry, that is not something I deal with.....!! This happens so much at other companies and it is truly frustrating. Willow greens communication is excellent from viewings to cancellations and feedback from potential buyers. Likewise, Bob took the most fabulous pictures and spent a long time getting everything just perfect. He was a pleasure to have in my home. The sale was completed without a hitch and I had minimum input which was promised to me. Luckily we rented a property from Willow Greenalso which was handled by Rebecca. Again I cannot fault the process. I really hope that I find a property to buy from Willow Green as I was so happy with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. There is not one thing that I would change even the office is dog friendly! Keep up the good work!

We have had quite the journey with our house sale but I had a good feeling about Willow Green and Hannah from the start of the process and I am glad I went with my instincts. Hannah accurately gaged the market value wise and was proved to be right and her patience, enthusiasm, understanding and a very safe pair of hands throughout has got us all through some difficult times as there was a chain involved in our sale that did not always make things easy. We have completed today and I genuinely cannot recommend Hannah (and the whole team) highly enough who have been lovely, responsive and professional throughout.
