We viewed a property through Your Move in early November 2017 and was greeted by a estate agent called Sarah and she was really friendly and informative to what we wanted to know. We had a second viewing and the experience was just as good as the first. After this we put an offer in on the property which was accepted. I was contacted by the Senior Branch Manager Shaz Ahmed who saw us all the way through the process up to exchange. Shaz couldn’t do more for us and went above and beyond what we expected! If we ever move again we certainly will contact Your Move and hopefully deal with the same people!

Used Your Move to lettings recently. Found them very helpful, especially Tayla Barber. Always happy to help and very professional. I found online system a bit confusing to use but managed to sort it all out eventually. Would recommend the agency.

Not very good at listening to instructions for requirements. Kept offering three bed houses when clearly told needed 4 bedroom house. Even offered a flat!

We made a offer for a property but it seems the branch manager made it a personal matter! It seems his feathers got ruffled and his reply was on the lines of that the offer offended the owners and it’s better they just rent it out! This is not how you do business with potential customers either remove the property if you and the owners get offended with offers! Avoid these unprofessional agents go and use squire estates up the road instead they have much better customer service! No error on my behalf! Avoid! The women on the phone was clearly ‘digging’ with regards to finances and if they fit the bill of this ‘agency’ Understandable I get that. She asked if I could provide a guarantor as my income didn’t quite fit the bill. Ok so I go away and speak to my potential guarantor having promised to get in touch with the agency a few hours later. Look on the website the next morning and it stated ‘let agreed’ Very snakey. I would definitely avoid, they are extremely greedy and the customer service is like speaking to children
