Lynn, Julie and Kath were great in helping to sell a property I had inherited. I won't lie, I found the experience extremely stressful, but due to personal reasons, this seemed exasperated ten fold, however, with each wobble - the girls in the office managed to ease my concerns. The property was sold in 5 months, during an awkward time for the market, and I think I recieved a fair price for the property.

Before putting my house on the market, I researched the most successful local Estate Agent and Belvoir came top. Valuation was done by Lyn, a local lady with tremendous experience and her valuation was greater than I expected, but absolutely spot on! Ongoing support was provided by Kath and Julie, who were very friendly and helpful at all times. I am delighted to say the house sold in six days for a very good price and everything went very smoothly. Overall, the service was outstanding. I recommend Belvoir very highly and would not hesitate to use them again.
