My experience with Nicholas Humphreys hasn’t been the most straight forward however, they have been able to sort out any problems that I have had. A month before I was meant to be moving into one of their properties the landlord had to pull out (not Nicholas Humphreys fault) so within the space of a week me and the rest of my group had to find a new place ready for September. The team at Nicholas Humphreys were very supportive and was able to find us somewhere else within a week. They kept in constant communication with us all and made sure we secured a place and at the budget we wanted to stick to. Nicholas Humphreys have been so helpful with my house! Will took time out to run me through all of the houses available to me and found one perfect for me. He was very clear and transparant about the process and what I signed up for. Everybody there is very kind, and approachable, and have helped me every step of the way. The house was very clean when I moved in and the one issue I had, few months after moving in, was the boiler which was sorted within an hour of calling them.
