Great speedy service
Sam and Duncan where absolutely brilliant during the course of viewing different properties and purchase process. The whole process took exactly 2 months, from the point of first visit to the house to exchange of contracts - this is I would rather say is some record. "Always there" attitude is always appreciated, they are polite and professional. Thank you Gents

Brilliant Customer Service and Extra Helpful
My self and my partner have recently used Mather Marshall to purchase our first home our agent Sam has been so helpful at explaining every step of the process. He also helped us get the very best price possible. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. One the few days Sam had annual leave his Manager Duncan kindly helps us out with further viewings and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a house. .

Awesome Experience, very professional and supportive
From my first viewing until completion, the whole 3 month journey was seamless, had a few hiccups with solicitors however Sam was able to ensure the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. As a property investor, I will definitely be working with Sam again. Excellent Service. 5Stars.

First time Buyer
After months of viewing various properties we finally found a home that we liked. From the first time we met Sam he was always friendly, very polite and not at all pushy and tried to understand our needs. Kept in regular contact with us and we were always able to speak with him either via email or telephone when we had any queries. Been a pleasure dealing with Sam and we would recommend his services.

Service with a smile
I will be honest, our house sale wasn't the easiest or quickest in the current housing market but thanks to Duncan & Sam we got there in the end. They were honest, professional & friendly at all times even when the sale chain collapsed. We made the right decision to stick with Mather Marshall & would definitely use their services again.

My House Sale

Satisfied buyers!
My partner and I were first-time buyers, Mather Marshall and especially Sam Cox had been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Sam had been very hands-on from the first time we saw the house we bought until the exchange of contracts. We were always able to reach him and through the process was there to assist both sides. Furthermore, there are a lot of agents that will pressure you to meet their brokers before you even view a property, thankfully with Mather Marshall we didn't have these pressing techniques, we got a recommendation of an amazing broker from them (that we ended up using!), but never felt the pressure to proceed with their people. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Sam, he went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and kept a very good balance between the sellers and us. We love our new house and we are very thankful to Sam for all his support.
