After receiving letters at frequent intervals through the post declaring that Rush Witt & Wilson would do a better job than my then estate agent, I decided to enquire Our previous agent had been hard to get hold of but from the moment I telephoned the Hastings office of Rush Witt & Wilson I have been delighted at the speed, efficiency and enthusiasm of all the staff I have encountered, particularly Scott. On the day I telephoned, he came within a couple of hours, took brilliant photos and an impactful video which were sent straight to me for approval, then one of his team advised me they could leap into marketing the property once I was no longer under obligation to the previous agent. In just one week Scott has already achieved several viewings, one a second viewing, and kept me informed throughout. I am hopeful that despite the tough market conditions he will strive to achieve the best possible price, which we would welcome. We trust his judgement and will follow his advice.
