After Rush Witt Wilson sold the property next door within a week they were definitely on my radar when putting my flat on the market but I requested valuations from three agents before I decided who to instruct. From the first point of contact I was impressed with the swift response and professionalism. Marc who came to look around and provide a valuation was well presented, professional and gave a good first impression of what to expect. His valuation was middle of the range quoted and he was realistic in managing expectations (he didn’t promise me a list of registered buyers queuing up!). After some consideration my instinct guided me on who to instruct and I wasn’t disappointed. Within a week we had an offer of full asking price! Amie, the sales manager, then became my main point of contact and she was amazing in keeping me constantly in the loop. At the beginning Mark was very accommodating to our specific needs and was extremely professional in signing us up. Justin then managed to sell our flat in 3 days! Fantastic work, even negotiating went smoothly. Lucy was great showing us around a number of properties during viewings and showed us a property we eventually decided we wanted.
