I have used Rush Witt and Wilson for a number of years now, firstly as managing agents when I was renting my property out and more recently during the sale of this property. I would highly recommend both lettings and sales. Both departments were excellent in their approach in supporting all aspects of the sales and lettings. I had challenges during both sales and lettings and at all times I felt supported and kept updated on development throughout the process. I cannot thank them enough.

These guys are the experts, I have dealt with so many agents now and after having dealt with RWW using them for the sale of a property sold within 5 days. 3 other agents on the market no sale after 6 months. Excellent presentation. Excellent Communication. Excellent with their 360 degree virtual viewing. No messing around and on Rightmove within 1 day after paperwork signed. For sale board was straight up and marked as sold once buyer had confirmed. Very organised and thorough. Highly recommend. Sale took a while but got there in the end overall the service that Amie Kendrick supplied was faultless an absolute asset to RWW if it wasn’t for her I don’t believe this sale would have gone through but she battled every turn to find answers and basically did the work what my buyer should have been doing through not using an estate agent so yes a big thumbs up to this “after sold stc” service that I believe only RWW provide! This is why they have multiple offices PROFESSIONALS all of them. Marc was well presented and on the ball together with other members of staff. I’m now glad to be buying a property through them and have another property I will get them instructed on at some point! Don’t look anywhere else I won’t now!
