My experience with Justin has been a good one. He supported my purchase towards the end of the sale however, was polite, informative and kept me updated as we crossed the final stages. The sale has progressed in a timely manner. I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 as I would say the communications only increased towards the end. It would of been great to have been updated on progress a little more at the start and middle of the process. Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect and sometimes a little reassurance would have been good just so I had confidence that everything was going to plan. However, I would recommend and use Rush Witt again in the future

Our move was made easier with the help of everyone at Rush Witt and Wilson Hastings branch. With testing times through Brexit, Joe managed to secure us a deal and Justin was a constant help through the whole process. Once we had accepted an offer, Amy was brilliant in liaising with solicitors and guiding us through the final process. Joe diligently and professionally followed up on the purchase of our property and kept the process moving despite considerable challenges. They also helped us secure a mortgage through their mortgage broker, who turned it around super fast despite his holiday. I’d recommend using them.

Was all going really well until we had pretty much finished going through the service and they never supplied us with the metre readings for our rental flat, told us the gas metre reader was broken and didn't do anything about the electric or water metre, we had to go through it all by ourselves with the help of the landlord who was told it was something Rush Whitt and Wilson should have carried out.

This company is horrendous. We have travelled over 100miles with our 3 year old to see a property in Whitfriars Road, Hastings for a 2pm booking today to be told they don't have anyone available to show us the property. Disgusting customer service. We now have to drive 100 miles home not seeing the house we booked in for.

Totally unprofessional - they lowered the advertised asking price by £10k against our explicit instructions and without telling us. We were shocked.
