My sales agent was James Burgess and the professionalism was outstanding. He explains everything well and helped me ascertain the property I wanted. The after sales agent was Shelley Tristran. She gave me weekly updates on where we got to in the whole process to purchasing the property.Any questions I asked she would answer and any that she did not now she would always call me back to follow up on. Consistent good service

Due to a long chain the process of sale & purchase took a lot longer for us than normal, the staff at Elliot Lee were very helpful through out. In particular would like to single out Shelley Tristram who did a lot of chasing on our behalf and ensured all the parties in the transaction were kept informed. With out her effort it would have taken longer to complete the process.

Good communication and friendly staff

Our experience has been positive and we have been given good advice along the way. We've had difficulty with overseas tenants as they don't read the tenancy agreement/understand it all. It would be good if some of the more important parts of the agreement were bullet pointed on an A4 sheet so that tenants have a better understanding of what their responsibilities are, the small print tends to put people off reading it even though it's in their best interest. We are then left to explain a lot of this to them. It may be that you go over all of this with them, but so far we have found tenants to understand very little. We sometimes have quite a few people ringing us/email us to ask the same questions.

We had friendly, professional guidance and help through the various stages of putting our house on the market, having the open day and then advice on the offers. We hadn't moved house for 20 years ,so the system was quite different but everything was explained to our satisfaction. Shelley Tristram, our cast progressor was prompt in dealing with any queries and kept us in touch on a regular basis.
