Trying to book a viewing is near on impossible sent over 5 messages via several different platforms, i then called and the automated systems has about 5 different options, once I finally spoke to a human who couldn't have been any less enthusiastic said that the property has now been let despite i still being advertised as available. Customer service is appalling "!

Rented a house with them a couple of years ago and the agent was rude, unresponsive, and refused to answer clearly to our questions (I suppose they weren't sure about the answer but didn't want to admit it). Fortunately, the landlord was much more responsive, though rightfully upset about having to do the agency's job. We thought it was just that particular agent being unprofessional, but we recently booked a viewing with the sales team and the agent that showed us around was equally awful: he just looked at his phone the whole time we were there and made us feel like he was making us a huge favour being there. Glad we didn't end up buying the property and hopefully won't ever have to deal with Newman Properties again.

I contacted them about a property whose listing stated "email enquiries only". Never received a response but the property is still being listed.

Extremely poor customer service. I will not recommend using their service. Poppy Wilkens -Letting agent was extremely rude and lacked professionalism. I requested her to wait for 10 minutes as my meeting aligned simultaneously. She was not ready to wait (according to her, she would waste her time) or provide me another time slot.
