My wife and I appointed Martin & Co in Harrogate to sell a small house that my wife had inherited. The house was an undeniable renovation project and was priced accordingly, and very sensibly. It attracted about twenty viewings after the first weekend and we received eight offers, all over the asking price. The excellent and down-to-earth Jo Ripley gave us great advice throughout, and we chose the best-placed buyer and ignored a much higher offer which struck us as holding trouble in store. So we got excellent service and advice, and much cheaper than the agency that wanted us to go to auction (which would have been poor advice as the developers viewing did not make offers, and the other buyers would have been kept away). We would certainly use their services again.

When the tenancy ended it was all dealt with quickly and fairly and I received my bond back in full. If I ever need to rent again they will be my first stop.
