I have been in a Belvoir managed property for over 3 years and would highly recommend them as Agents. They always respond quickly to my requests and keep me informed of any updates. There is no annual fee to extend the tenancy which is also great. Belvoir helped me when we wanted to get some cats and subject to their pet policy arranged it with the landlord. We rented a fantastic property through Belvoir. All the team that we had dealings with were very helpful and easy to contact throughout the process. We were not living in the area, but the process was made very smooth by Kevin Hayes and his colleagues. Even 2 years after dealing with Belvoir, we were in need of some previous, lost documentation, and Kevin was more than helpful in digging out what we needed immediately and sending it over.
