Our experience moving to Harrogate has been nothing short of brilliant thanks to Kevin at Belvoir. Given the current situation, Kevin was able to provide a virtual tour of the flat and to arrange a viewing when restrictions allowed it. The move in process was made very easy and we were provided with all of the relevant information that we would need for a successful move in.

What can I say about Belvoir Letting Agents in a review? I don't think a review actually does them justice due to the amount of patience and hard work Kevin and all the team have gone through for me, trying to secure me the perfect property. Kevin and the whole team, even when he was off for a few days, responded extremely quickly and overcame some real obstacles by communicating with the landlord directly on every aspect of the let and I honestly cant praise the professionalism and responsiveness of the whole team and cannot thank them enough, especially as this was during the COVID 19 pandemic. I have dealt with other companies in Harrogate, but I can honestly say, Belvoir Harrogate is by far the best in town simply due to the team and the helpfulness throughout. The process of identifying and choosing a place to rent was made easier by Belvoir. The staff are warm and very nice. I had nearly 2years of tenancy experience with Belvoir and it's been peaceful and wonderful all through. Each complaint was tended to and resolved as possible.
