Outstanding service Highly recommended

I had to rent a property within few days and that was made possible by the wonderful staff (esp Gemma) at Harrogate Belvoir despite lockdown restrictions, heavy snow etc. I got the same level of continued services from the agent even months after my move. I???m pleased with the services I received/ receiving.

We started using Belvoir to manage our let property over fifteen years ago. Throughout this time, we have always found them to be an extremely responsive, practical and professional operation who will go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly for the tenant and owner. In particular, Barry and Gemma have always been excellent to work with and we therefore recommend them to anyone looking for a company to manage their property (flat or house - they have managed both for us). To give just one example, in the first week our flat was let, the bath from the flat upstairs fell into our bathroom, Belvoir took care of everything, so much so that we only found out once everything had been sorted and repaired - such fantastic service!

Excellent service from Belvoir. They do not intrude when they carry out inspections and are very quick to sort out any repairs or maintenance that is required. There is always someone available to speak to in the office and everyone is really helpful.
