Any problems have been dealt with quickly & efficiently & the six monthly inspections, something to look forward to rather than dread. We cannot think of any reason whatsoever to complain. I like to deal with maintenance myself where I can and so have perhaps had more direct contact with the personnel at Belvoir than otherwise.
