It was really an amazing experience with Belvoir. The main thing I need to mention is about their customer service. As Iam a foreigner and I don’t know about the systems and rules over here but I never felt that when I was dealing with Belvoir because the staff is very helpful and supportive and they helped me to find a nice property as per my wish. Iam really thankful to the whole team specially to Laura and Gemma. Best wishes team.

Belvoir are a really accommodating letting agency, after 3+ years with them I’ve never had an issue that they haven’t been able to sort out rapidly. They are very flexible with sending people out to resolve any problems or just for routine safety inspections. Their friendly staff are always approachable. I couldn’t hope for a better letting agency.

All those I have dealt with at Belvoir have been super courteous and very efficient. They were able to offer me an arrangement specific to my needs and this was a dealmaker for me. They also provided helpful contacts to carry out remedial work. I highly recommend the team, especially Laura and Barrie. Its a competitive sector and they impressed.

I Have worked with Belvoir for nearly 20 years doing their electrical maintenance and they have helped me for the same length of time with my rentals. They have always found me tenants very quickly and efficiently dealt with all the administration etc to get the rentals up and running. Laura, Gemma, Lesley, Elaine and Barrie are a great team and brilliant to deal with from both the lettings side and the management of the properties.
