My partner and I have been looking to move house and met Mark Davis at a viewing recently. We were extremely impressed at how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He shared a lot of really useful information about tenancy laws and regulations, and gave us a lot of advice for things to look out for. Although we ultimately decided not to apply for that particular property, he was so respectful, friendly and helpful throughout and helped to answer our (many!) questions.
