We dealt mainly with Ross Johnson during my sale and purchase. I've moved on four separate occasions in the past 14 years and Ross is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He's very calm, personable and just a stand up guy. We had some complications but hes as cool as a cucumber and took everything in his stride.
