I recently sold a house in Harborne with Oakmans & they were fantastic. I live in South London so wasn’t available to deal with the inevitable hiccups that come with selling a house. Dom, Holly & the rest of the Oakmans team were fantastic. I literally left it with them to deal with everything, I just signed off on the contractors they provided & managed. They kept me up to date all the time so there were no surprises. They also explained the correct price point to go in at to generate most interest in the property & it ended up in me being exceptionally happy with the price in a very turbulent time to sell a property. Also worth mentioning they had the lowest fees too. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with them.
