Lovelle's sold our house in Grimsby, we had a few quotes from agents that were better known to us but with totally the wrong attitude but these guys from the start made us feel like they knew how to look after their clients. 3 days our house was on the market when they secured a full asking price offer from amazing purchasers. Me and partner have had a horrible experience trying to buy our first home until Holly at Lovelle. She immediately found us a perfect home based from our criteria. There’s a reason, year in year out I see through the social media channels this Lovelle Grimsby team winning award after award. It was time to sell my second property, after team Lovelle sold my last property back in 2018 within 24 hours, following their hard work and achievements over the last few years I just had to appoint them as my agents once more. Lewis and his team promptly arranged a valuation, and listening to their advice I listed. Within 3 days, my house was sold and for much more then asking price. It isn’t a coincidence, it’s a result of hard work, knowledge of the area and great all round management of the listing from start to finish.
