"Under promised and massively over-delivered springs to mind!! I never write reviews but felt compelled to give my account on how professional and seamless the service I received from Lovells and mainly Jo Gerrard in selling my house recently. Communications were clear and precise and paperwork to a minimum, viewings were very well organised and as a vendor, I felt my best interests were a priority. I was given best advice on price and how to pitch the house, I had specific circumstances and my needs were met very professionally. Pleased to say my property sold in less than a week and I achieved 5% more than I was expecting. Would highly recommend their services.
