Sold my house with them recently, Estate Agent Lewis Wilson handled my sale and my house was sold before it officially went up on the market. Lewis did an amazing job and I wouldn't sell a house with anyone else.

An outstanding estate agent! We recently had outstanding service from Lovelle Bacons estate agents Grimsby office. Who sold our house for us and found us an apartment to rent. We originally invited two estate agents to value the property. One of those new online estate agents with a colourful name and a 'real' estate agent. We are very pleased we did this as Lewis's valuation was £50,000 more! We chose Lovelle Bacons and enjoyed their highly professional service. Within 48 hours our house was sold! I would particularly like to thank Lewis and James for their highly professional service. We then used Lovelle Bacon to find an excellent apartment to rent on a temporary basis. Once again we had excellent service from them and found an ideal apartment. Our experience with Lovelle Bacons was positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone as a very efficient outstanding, professional estate agents. We were very pleased we made the right choice and used a 'real' estate agent.
