Very Good Service

I live abroad and my property is managed by 1st Avenue for the past 2 years. I am very pleased with their services as they keep me informed of important issues and take care of it according to instructions. The good thing is they record the communications with the Landlord and Tenant in the monthly reports so I can keep track of whatever I need to know. Recently, my tenants moved out, and the Letting Agent, Sean Adams, found a tenant within a week. Sean is very efficient and responds to my emails promptly. I think keeping me informed is very important especially for a landlord who lives overseas. So far, I found 1st Avenue a reliable estate agency and property manager.
