Saumil from Elise & Co has been a great letting agent. It was our first renting a house and he made the efforts to take us through the process without making it much of a hassle for us

The staff were all polite and professional. Communication between us worked well with regular updates being provided ( although sometimes had to be prompted ). Albeit the process took much longer than anticipated a successful sale was achieved. So, thanks to Zeeshan and Reid for their support during our sales journey.

Customer service is great

Had been at property for quite a few years, it had been managed by different estate agents and never had an issue. Things changed slightly when Ellis & co took over. Have never met Payal personally, my experience has only been via emails and texts which always have a slightly passive aggressive tone to them. Have met Ravi in a few circumstances who seemed helpful and professional, so in terms of customer service not many complaints simply that work at property is still to be done 12 months after issues been raised and it's a constant chasing up for it all to be fixed and issues with mould still to be resolved. But I am aware that they are not the worst but I have definitely had better companies managing this property so I believe they have the potential to provide better service too.
