Ashton’s in sankey took the job of selling our house in a not so great market at the time. We found a house we really loved in the area we was looking for. We told Ashtons that we really needed to sell our house as quickly as possible as we didn’t want someone else purchasing the house we had seen. They then did everything they could to get us more viewings and a potential buyer. Not so long after we had an offer in the region we were looking for so we accepted and we now have the home we wanted! We used Ashtons in Great Sankey to sell on Park Road . Mike came and did the valuation and explained everything brilliantly. He then went on to take ownership of the selling procedure and produced a fantastic marketing package with a great video on line and drone footage to give an Ariel view. He arranged for ALL viewings to be accompanied and appointments were confirmed on E Mail . The sales process was rigorously reviewed as the market changed during the rise of nterest rates . We always were given options by Mike to keep promotong the property. Mike has a good team at the branch and we dealt with Cole mostly Cole was great and was always on top of things. He really made sure we had updates throughout the viewing and selling process. He really worked to protect us as the client and takes a no nonsense approach to getting the job done. He always made us feel he had our best interests at heart. Everyone else at the branch who we have spoken to and have accompanied viewings for us were first rate. Really friendly and a pleasure to deal with . We highly recommend Ashtons for selling your property.
