Excellent service and competitive charges. We recently sold our house in Chapelford through Ashton's, Penketh branch - within a week of it being on the market. Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashton's to anyone who is wanting to sell a house within the Warrington area.

Sold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

My wife and I bought a house last year that was being marketed by Ashton's in Newton Le Willows. Both before during and after the sales process Stacey, Simon and the team at Ashton's were very professional in dealing with any queries that we had. On top of that we requested multiple viewings before we made our minds up and each was one was fitted in for us with the minimum of fuss. In the past we have used other well known estate agents and not been very pleased with their performance so we went with Astons what a difference so professional sold the house in no time at all they dealt with all of the viewings of the property and kept us informed at every stage of the sale we where made up with them and would not use any other estate agents if we had to sell a property.

Ashtons in Penketh have been fantastic in selling our house. The team are very efficient! We had a lot of viewings and all were followed up with feedback. Viewings were booked at times convenient to us, or the team took the viewings on our behalf. During the sale all paperwork/particulars were also sent to us. I cannot recommend Ashtons enough.
