There are several people I would like to thank for the support they have given both me and my partner. Jade from the Harlow office as well as Alex and Rosie from the Dunmow office, have all been incredibly helpful. Without going into too much detail, we experienced significant issues with the property we were moving out of due to complications with our landlord. Intercounty helped us secure a new home quickly with everything arranged within a couple of weeks and they even assisted us with obtaining a reference from our previous landlord. Alex, in particular, was incredibly understanding. When I came into the office visibly stressed, he took the time - despite his busy schedule, to go through every issue we were facing. A few days after we moved in, he even followed up with an email outlining all the information we needed regarding our rights as tenants when dealing with our previous landlord. Thank you again.
