Although we had to pull our house off the market due to current mortgage situations, karl tatlers were so helpful throughout. Lydia from the Greasby branch was so supportive with us trying to find our next home and listened to everything we were asking for when searching for properties. Also Nicola from the sales progression team was super helpful while we were going through the process of trying to buy our next house. She would always keep us updated of any progression and I always felt like I could ring her any time with any queries. Although due to current market situations we weren't able to move now, we will definitely be using Karl Tatler's again when the time is right. Thanks again for all your help Gill
