I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to write about my experience with Homes Estate Agents Grayshott. As the saying goes…”It takes a village”. In this case the team at Grayshott were “my village” in selling my home. I’d like to express my gratitude to every team member who each had a part to play. From the beginning Kevin Sprangle who won the listing with his expert knowledge of the area and realism in pricing. Anyone can price a home and tell you what you want to hear but a home sells when it is priced right. I thankyou. To Abbie Hutton, Ross Bennett and Jenni Seeliger who without them in the creation of the listing, the showings & advising their visitors/clients in the viewings including advising me with “best practice”. You wouldn’t have customers on your books or have sold our home if you weren’t the genuine, approachable, communicative & consummate professionals that you are. You day in day out clearly proved and displayed it… I thankyou.. Finally to Tanya Oakland who I would particularly like to say a profound Thankyou to. Tanya without fail was the bridge between myself, the seller and our respective solicitors. Coordinating it all at the beginning, the middle and in the final furlong. When things needed to be done on my side, I certainly knew about it…patently because of her. The world needs a details person like Tanya if you want something done! Tanya you got a buyer and a seller over the line and I was made to feel just as important and treated with the same priority as the next client.
