RMJ is by far the best estate agent that I have had any dealings with. Andy was so helpful and professional. He tracked my purchase every single day and updated me promptly. We opted for RMJ as our first choice estate agent before we even asked for a quote based on experience 10yrs ago and from friends since... and they didn't disappoint. Other agents were salesy, they tried to be too competitive - the ones with the highest sales price or lowest commission, but that wasn't what we wanted. RMJ don't need to do, their sales speak for themselves. You'll rarely get that top price anyway! RMJ are agents that get the job done quickly ... they sell houses and they sell them well. They don't offer you the sales pitch, they don't inflate the price, they give you as it is and that was perfect for us ... we had a stamp duty holiday end date to beat. From quotation to the sale the team were there all the way, particularly Andy, Jade, Lily and Reece. Our first choice house was with RMJ and I wish we could have completed a sale and purchase with them but it wasn't to be. Instead we bought with another agent who barely communicated with us and when they did, they continuously lied to us, but RMJ were there for that too and they gave us help and advice on a sale that wasn't even theirs. Truly professional and outstanding, all round fabulous customer service. The after sales service has been faultless too. Massive thanks to Jo and Nicola. Without them pushing, we would still be waiting. They communicated all the way through and I know they kept our buyers updated too. I have not had one single piece of after sales communication from our purchase agent so know this is testament to just how thorough RMJ are. RMJ will be my first choice for selling and buying if we come to do it again and I'd recommend to everyone to do choose them too.
