Tammy, the Senior Sales Consultant was particularly helpful, she helped chase up when needed and even when we needed her help after completion, she was there. Well, what can I say about our experience. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect by every member of the team that I came into contact with. Georgia was very professional during her initial visit and continued to support us during the marketing of the property, she was a pleasure to deal with and put us at ease immediately. Once the offer was in we dealt mainly with Jo Rossiter who, again, was professional and knew the business well giving advice and guidance during the beginning of our journey. Although things did not go completely according to plan this was not something she or I could have foreseen but throughout the communication from Jo and Tammy was on point. They never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I called and dealt kindly with me when I was feeling very stressed out. I have to say that they showed huge team spirit and when one person wasn’t there another would willingly pick up the slack and support as if they knew me personally which has made the whole experience of selling so much more bearable. Andy was very helpful towards the end and was tenacious in his getting answers for us when things were looking bleak. I cannot recommend this branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson enough to anyone either buying or selling, they are all amazing. Thank you guys, I shall miss our chats 😂😂
