Where to start with RMJ? Our house sale took 9 months due to organising the logistics of moving to a new country with small children and selling our home during a time of high interest rates and unfavourable mortgage conditions. RMJ weren't just equal to this challenge, they took every setback, stipulation and challenge in their stride. We had buyers who lied, buyers who vanished and buyers who took some truly awful advice from solicitors. Having viewed a number of properties before placing an offer on our new home, we had dealt with some other local agents that we had unfortunately found to be a little disappointing at the viewings they hosted. We found they were often rather unknowledgeable with regards to some really basic questions, rushed us in and out of the properties that we viewed, and had to be chased to follow up on questions that we had left with them. Having had two viewings of our new home with Robinson Michael and Jackson Gravesend, we can confidently say that the agents that hosted both viewings were courteous, knowledgeable and always followed up quickly with answers to anything they were unsure of on the spot.
