We have had a very difficult journey to buying our house, none of the problems was caused by the estate agents, but the solicitors where constantly delaying the process. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been very professional, always answering my questions about the house buying process and explaining what my solicitor was emailing me about. As we were getting closer towards exchange Jo and Nicola would answer my phone calls daily about progress. On every occasion when my solicitor phoned me to give me an update on the progress of the purchase I was already aware as Jo or Nicola would have phoned or emailed me the previous day to let me know what was happening.
