Great experience with RMJ. From start to finish, it has been perfect. Communication was top notch throughout, we were always kept in the loop. Towards the end we were even getting better updates from the team here than we were the solicitors. Cant recommend enough - thanks to Andy, Tom, Lily, Jo and Nicola - and anyone else we interacted with. There is always a negative stigma attached to estate agents, but these guys have 100% delivered on what they said they would do - every time. Thanks again guys

Robinson, Michael and Jackson, Gravesend were brilliant helping us buy our first home. They are quick to answer the phone, always returned our calls if they missed our call and were efficient with chasing up all parties and to get our move through as quickly as possible. The lettings manager Chloe Philbrick and her assistant Abbie Hoffman, what a team they both make. They are very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble. We did have another letting agent before using RMJ, i don't know what they were doing but we were with them for 2 months and got nothing at all... and that was a well known agent. I had lost faith in estate agents but from the beginning of the process to sell my house, which had previously been on the market with other agents for around 18 months, Andy Plaistowe and his team were superb. Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend were excellent!! From the moment Reece Cox conducted the valuation of my property, he was very knowledgeable, and provided me with a wealth of information which was really useful. I always worry about estate agents not living up to the promises they make but in the case of Reece and the team that was certainly not the case. They got my property on the market very quickly and I consistently had viewings from day one. Reece, Tom and Lily kept me informed at all times and were extremely helpful. With the continued stream of viewings I was able to sell my property in 3 weeks. Jo the Sales Progressor at RMJ was very helpful in keeping me updated on how the sale was progressing and deal with any issues or questions I had. She always remained extremely professional even when I was feeling the pressure! I really cannot recommend the team at RMJ enough, they have the right drive, determination and professionalism that is required when selling your home. I would certainly use them again. Great team!!

I have recently rented a property from Robinson-Jackson, the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly and accommodating upon meeting and were consistently excellent with their communication. Any query I had, was resolved with a prompt response and solution. Abbie is my lettings agent and she has been fabulous and very professional throughout this process. She has been incredibly helpful and it has been a pleasure renting my new home from her, she has been a key component in myself and my partner finally finding somewhere to rent that allows pets, and I'm incredibly grateful to her as I have been looking for so long. So thank you for helping me secure my new home! Chloe is an agent I spoke to initially about booking a viewing and she was an absolute delight to speak with on the phone and she built a great rapport, she was very helpful and very easy to speak to. Petra is a support co-ordinator and she has also been fantastic in helping finalise all the paperwork, payments and contracts. She is also very helpful, prompt in her response and delivers a brilliant customer service. I highly recommend renting from them and I'm so glad they are their to assist in looking after our new home!
