I have used Robinson Michael Jackson 4 times over the last 15 years and have always been totally satisfied with the service that I have received during the sale of my properties and the service you receive after the sale. I put my mums property up with RMJ last Jan and we have had to put up with selling it during the pandemic which came with all sorts of problems as well as my mum who is in her 70s was self isolating. But RMJ dealt with the problems with all the professionalism you could ask for putting my mum at ease. Even during the total lock down when there were no viewings, they kept in contact with us on the way forward when viewings could continue. The viewings went without a hitch and a sale was agreed. Fortunately for us our buyer was a good buyer but their buyer who RMJ did not have anything to do with was a nightmare. The estate agent they used communicating skills where not existent, their solicitor was the same. Fortunately for us Jo in the after sales team who was looking after us worked her socks off getting the sale through. she has the patients of a saint. I dealt with Reece (Sales) and Chloe (Lettings) along with some of the team at the Gravesend office. I was in a rather peculiar situation and couldn’t quite make up my mind about some things.
