Martin & Co in Grantham has been exceptionally easy to deal with especially in comparison with the other agents - all enquires were responded very quickly, I receive rent statements regularly in a clear and concise format, and both Kimberley and Becky approached any requests or queries I've had in a very professional manner. All my issues with my property were addressed quickly and efficiently, even when chasing for external issues were required this was done so promptly.
