Never had such of a great experience with a letting agency before, all the process from applying for a viewing to actually moving in into the property it has been a whole different experience than the one from the past. The lovely ladies at Belvior, especially Natalie and Hannah, were absolutely brilliant in helping us find our new home and getting settled into it. Correspondence was always really fast, and they always sorted any queries/issues we had quickly and appropriately! Renting with Belvior has been an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend to friends, and use their services again in the future!

Have just gone through the lettings process, as a tenant, with Belvoir and was initially concerned with renting through a huge agency, as I know most large agencies treat you as a number and (usually) do not show any 'cuddly hand-holding' whatsoever!!! We weren???t a normal run-of-the-mill family, as we had some complex needs to fulfil (two dogs and a caravan moved with us!) and we had a list of requirements to fulfil. BUT, absolutely fabulous service. From the initial contact with Natalie when we asked her is we could view a property, through to the completing of the paperwork with Hannah (and my many many endless questions) - to the final sign up with Jane, the whole process was well paced, communicative and exceeded our expectations. Never again will I judge all agencies in the same way. Belvoir Grantham, you truly are very professional and most helpful, Thank you. 5***** throughout.
