The only estate agent who cared. We were moving to Swansea to be near our Son daughter-in-law and our grandchildren. We were six weeks into a purchase when the vendor pulled out. We obviously didn't want to loose our buyer and needed to secure another property very quickly we begun the ring round of estate agents. Sarah Hewitt was the only one who listened to us went out of her way to find a property, ring the vendor to discuss offers as it was out of budget before we had viewed, arranged a viewing to suit us as we had a 400 mile round trip, followed up and secured the property for us. Sarah Hewitt has been extremely helpful during the past few months. We are waiting for our vendors to secure an assisted living home so its taking longer than usual to purchase our house.
