I have been to this agent quite a few times in the past few months and got to know the team quite well. I have rarely met such a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and committed team of agents. They are all passionate about helping their clients to sell their houses and offer an all to rare positive example of great customer service. James Du Pavey himself is the consumate professional and having spoke to many of his clients recently I am increasingly impressed by the positive views all his clients have of him. Exceeded expectations in terms of price acheived, time on market and ease of completion. Saskia kept us well informed of progress from the receipt of the offer we accepted right through to completion. A few very minor areas for improvement were: 1) a little more attention to detail when finalising the initial property details before 'going live' - some very obvious contradictions (eg number of bedrooms) within the draft they sent us for checking; 2) a little better supervision of one of the viewing parties - they turned on a bathroom tap and we found it still running after the viewing. Overall, a really positive experience and I would recommend them to others.
