HI Purchased a house thru these agents, what can I say every member of staff a pleasure to deal with from arranging viewings right thru to completion . Nothing is too much trouble and David and Holly especially very professional and easy to talk with. When I eventually come to sell the property I will be definately be approaching Housesetc to consider appointing them as agents. They are clear and straightforward in everything they do, polite and courteous. I am running out of superlatives, they are just proper estate agents .

David, and his Houses Etc team sold our home for us in mid 2021. We live overseas and needed an agent we could trust and depend on, given our circumstances. Dave arranged for a video tour, countless photos, a digital tool to monitor progress as well as countless phone calls and emails. The team kept us appraised at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them to support us and make things happen. All I can say is what a team. Dave, Debbie, Holly and Alison have been nothing less than fantastic. Free flowing information from the off meaning we were never in any doubt about where we were with regards to the progress of the sale. Smooth talking Dave negotiated a deal way above the asking price while Holly and Debbie made sure I had all the documentation I needed in good time. Alison called regularly to keep me updated on progress so the whole thing was virtually stress free. We can't thank them enough for their hard work.
