We took interviewing estate agents very seriously. They managed to get a buyer at the asking price, which was appreciated considering the market. Simply fantastic service and truly night and day experience between Burns & Webber compared to other local estate agents. Right from the start the team was extremely progressional by asking all the right questions, collating data, history and being prepared to answer any and all questions by potential buyers. This enabled confident and quick time to offers to be generated where my previous estate agent was unable to generate a single offer within 6+ months. They were support proactive by quick response to myself/buyer(s) same day, arranging multiple viewings, and always being super professional. Highly recommend Burns & Webber as your first point of call when selecting a estate agent as their service is what you should expect from all estate agents but sadly don't these days. I spoke to 3 Estate Agents in Godalming before appointing Burns & Weber as they were the most professional and positive and immediately supplied me with a sales presentation pack and details of how they’d market the property to reach the asking price This was in the wake of the Liz Truss premiership and the market was hardening but despite one sale falling through as a result, the team remained dedicated to selling the house again which they did successfully second time round. Alice worked particularly hard and kept the communication flowing at all times but the entire team were a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend them

The smart & friendly office in Godalming set the tone for this estate agent. It was always a pleasure to deal with Alice Jakob in particular, in what became a lengthy house search for us. Alice was always communicative, informed & professional, she seemed to understand and be interested in what we were looking for & in our feedback & thoughts. And perhaps most importantly, unlike so many of her competitors, Alice always made us feel like valued customers which was greatly appreciated.
