I found their service excellent. The preparatory survey work was done conscientiously and thoroughly. The presentation materials, both hard copy and on line, were attractive; a good representation of the property. They handled me well, advising their view of the best course of action at various times, whilst recognising my point of view. Very personable in their dealings at all times. They had the keys, as I was living in Suffolk. They always asked if they could enter the house to guide viewers around, albeit I had said they need not do so. I could not recommend Burns and Webber, Godalming and especially Robbie Barklem, more highly. Chris Bennett
