Hi Jacob, I'm not sure if this is relating to the mask issue in October, if so, perhaps we could have made it clearer that you needed to wear a face covering prior to the appointment. Sorry that you had a bad experience, we will take steps to make it clearer to all potential tenants in future.

Martin and Co were very helpful when we were finding student accommodation during lockdown for the next academic year. We were able to do a virtual tour and sort everything out online both quickly and efficiently. One of the tenants was abroad due to COVID restrictions but this didn’t cause any problems. An in person viewing has since been possible which is great. Overall we are very impressed indeed and looking forward to September 2021! Thank you.
