I had issues with my boiler leaking which then had to have a new part. Once it was fixed the heating wasn’t working when I got back from work Friday (panic stations). Being a Saturday it would have been likely for me to have had to wait till Monday for an Engineer to come out. Luckily Faye made some phone calls and within an hour a polite gentleman came around and fixed it for me. I now have hot radiators and not sat in a fridge. Great customer service from Faye and the rest of the team.
