I have been with Martin & Co for 2 and a half years. All I can say is the service was brilliant. Even through testing times of a covid lock down. They were always on hand for advice and would have a contractor around almost immediately if any thing needed seeing too. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to find, sell or rent a home.

It is my first time to look for a place to rent in Gloucester. I have gone thru a lot of hustles but eventually when I found a property in Martin & Co it was a very quick process. From the start of inquiry an agent called me the day after as I sent it in the evening. And after viewing everything has been done and they reply to your email in a very timely manner.

Had two viewings with Jade at Martin & Co and she was lovely for both. Very positive and friendly. Showed us round without hovering but had all the information handy when asked or noted to ask the landlord later. Very responsive and a good experience so far!

This is the first time me and my partner have looked to rent a place together and the staff being so accommodating and friendly has made this experience so much smoother and stress free for us. Jade has been very responsive in emails going through the process & explaining the details to us. We were shown around the flat by Hallam who gave us the best first impression of this agency and could answer any questions we had while we were there.
