Very good all around. I let our house through Belvoir Gloucester for over 10 years with no issues. The best point I think for us all was them finding really good tenants - that eased any hassle and made the whole process stress free.

I'm very satisfied with Belvoir. It is not always easy to find people or company whom you could believe. The apartments I saw were absolutely clean with modern amenities (wash machine/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/little freezer - everything built-in!) I like this apartment. The bathroom is on the same level.. and plus I've got big window in every single room - which is an amazing! Also viewing, money transfer, paperwork - were done easily and professionally. If I'll need move again and the Belvoir will offer apartments I need, I will not think and go into it!

I have used Belvoir Gloucester as a Landlord for 10 years now and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I have 3 properties which Belvoir Gloucester manage and in the last 10 years, I have had no void periods which says a great deal for their marketing and tenant finding. They deal well with any property issues and have a range of trades on call that rectify issues quickly and at reasonable cost. The staff in the office are friendly and I have a good working relationship with Nicola and Elize. If you are a landlord, I would recommend giving them a try.

Stefanie was a very cheerful and helpful guide through the process and although we decided not to go through with the purchase in the end she was very good at informing us of what we needed to know and keeping us in the loop and chivvying everyone when needed.
